ST. LOUIS -- The Blues continue to add depth to their roster, and this time, they dipped into the pool of experienced Stanley Cup champions.

The Blues announced on Friday they have signed veteran forward Colin Fraser to a one-year, two-way contract.

The 29-year-old Fraser, a third round pick of the Philadelphia Flyers in 2003, is coming off a Stanley Cup-winning season with the Los Angeles Kings this past season.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Fraser split last season between the Kings and the American Hockey League's Manchester Monarchs. He had two assists in 33 regular season games with the Kings a season ago.

Fraser has 20 goals and 58 career points in 358 career games with the Kings, Edmonton Oilers and Chicago Blackhawks. Fraser was part of Stanley Cup-winning teams with the Kings twice (also in 2012) and Blackhawks (2010).

The Blues have signed veteran NHL players Joakim Lindstrom, Peter Mueller, Chris Butler, Benn Ferriero, John McCarthy, Jeremy Welsh and Nate Prosser this off-season to reinforce the depth in the organization.
